How many of the Indians are really interested in politics... Interest need not be participating or more precisely contesting in elections but how many of us are really following whats happening in the Indian politics either at the national level or at the state levels individually ???
From past one month the UPA government is facing a tough time at the central struggling to draw a stability between its alliances, finally losing left parties over Nuclear deal...
And after that the situation lead them to take the litmus test and subsequent results today will be the fate of Indian Government whether we Indians will have to update our GK in the sense of updating the name of our PM from Mr.Manmohan Singh to someone else (??) or not...
Today by this time the PM must have started the so called litmus test of how many MPs are supporting the Congress led UPA govt and how many are supporting the BJP led opposition..
The magic mark is the strength of 271 MPs out of the total of 541 in loksabha...
The current situation is that :
Congress + SP + others = 267
BJP + left parties + others = 266
Yet to decide = 8
But according to the latest sources fron capital, they are saying that the UPA govt has already got the much needed 4 more MPs support to survive its Government till the general election coming up in the year following...
Lets see what actually comes out to be the result today....
ANY THING CAN HAPPEN AT ANY TIME -- in life and in politics :-))
